all of our items are had made to order in los angeles, california. due to the nature of the manufacturing, some items may take one week to ship.  

once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.  once it has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

color from items may vary slightly.  wood is a natural material and may contain elements of knots and wood grain, which we feel adds to the beauty of each item.  all soft goods can be machine washed & dried.  wood items can be cleaned with a damp cloth.

returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  items returned within 30 days and in their original condition will be refunded in full.  unless the item is damaged upon receipt, the customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
